- Account or billing issues: the email address on your account and (for payments) a partial card number or Stripe receipt ID. Never send a full card number or CVC.
- Bug reports: the language and voice you were using, the text you submitted (if not sensitive), and what you expected vs. what you heard.
- Press / partnerships / business inquiries: a short paragraph on who you are and what you have in mind.
- GDPR requests (access, deletion, portability): the email registered on your account. We reply within 30 days.
Response time
We aim to reply within two business days. Greek and English are equally welcome; we understand email in most European languages but reply in one of those two.
Other ways
- Security issues: please email the address above with the subject line "Security" and we will triage urgently. Do not disclose publicly before we have had a chance to fix.
- Consumer protection (EU residents): if we can't resolve a dispute directly, you may lodge a complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or your national consumer authority.
